Issue of zygomatic nonunion; suturing was done by the associate director. I probably would not do it if my slightly widened nose and prominent nasolabial folds went back, though. Even so, I am satisfied with how much smaller my face has become (the downside is that my shoulders look broader). If I gain weight, I look really unattractive and get a Dooly-like mouth shape and a jaw-surgery-like mouth shape, so I absolutely must not gain weight. I think I need to maintain 52 kg at 168 cm for life. My jaw sagged because it was shaved down so much (and became that much smaller), so I also had cheekbone-area liposuction. But it did not work either. And I am considering a mini facelift in three years.
