This place acts completely differently before and after payment. During surgery, they did not reflect a single one of the needs I mentioned; instead, it turned out worse. They said something was possible when it was not. When I asked for even a partial refund, they said that because I had not developed a complication or suffered a medical accident, a partial refund—even 100 won—was absolutely impossible. They interrupt everything I say on the phone and have no intention of listening. They just keep talking about themselves. Before payment they are extremely kind. Before surgery, they were the kindest of all the clinics I had visited^^ lol. After surgery, once they have seen all your follow-up progress, they act like they do not know you, and if you contact them again, they act incredibly annoyed. I have never seen a clinic like this regarding revisions. They say, “It may be resolved or it may not, and we cannot be certain, but we will do a revision for free, so go ahead and have surgery,” lol. Do they think a person's eyes are something to experiment on—try once, then if it does not improve, cut and fix them again and repeat?? Who would want to entrust a revision to them? lol. They ruined my eyes through wordplay, then use a revision as an excuse and say, “It may be ruined again or it may not, so just entrust it to us first”? Who on earth would entrust a revision to them after hearing that......
