Is septal reinforcement essential for rhinoplasty after double-jaw surgery? I also had surgery for a deviated septum after double-jaw surgery. I have often heard that it may not be necessary, contrary to what I thought, but I suppose they have to open it up to know. Has anyone had double-jaw rhinoplasty with alar base reduction and no reinforcement? I am curious about your progress!
