[Clinic A], [Clinic B], [Clinic C], [Clinic D] consultation review! + Please advise if you have had surgery

Hi, I went for consultations today. They were so different that I was really confused T_T So, since I received help, I am writing this to share and get advice too! My original nose had an arrow-shaped tip and a low bridge. I had surgery using silicone + auricular cartilage, but the foreign-body sensation and excessively high silicone make it look masculine. [Clinic A]: Open approach, total removal / refine the bridge; reposition and bring up the alar cartilages, then tie them (choice of suture). Capsule removal is optional (because my skin is thin and I have no inflammation). A pig-nose movement is possible with total removal. No nasal packing -> They can do it as I want, but it is my choice. The consultant was kind when I went! [Clinic B]: Closed approach, total removal / surgery similar to [Clinic A]. It is not difficult, and since there is not much deformity yet, it will return to my original nose. The tip may droop; remove the capsule, tie the tip with absorbable sutures, use a splint for 2 days, and use nasal packing. A closed approach is possible too. (They seem to focus more on shape than aesthetics; they also said mine has a masculine-nose feel.) -> “It may not look pretty if everything is removed, though? If you are okay with that, we can proceed~” [Clinic C]: I-shaped silicone + auricular cartilage + columellar strut? Since there is a strut, it must be open / remove everything and refine it; cartilage tie with non-absorbable sutures, or partial removal and reuse the auricular cartilage. Both options allow pig-nose movement. Capsule removal optional -> “I am completely professional~ This is not difficult~ This is how it can look pretty.” Longest wait time. [Clinic D]: Open approach, total removal / “Rhinoplasty is very difficult, and I am good at it.” It will return to my original nose. “There is no strut?” Total removal; no cartilage tie. KRW 400,000 discount for agreeing to disclose photos; +KRW 500,000 if additional artificial bone is used. Decide on capsule surgery after seeing it -> “Many people have theirs done by me; we are famous~ Let’s go back to your original nose~” The details were all so different... Prices were [Clinic C] > [Clinic D] > [Clinic B] = [Clinic A]. I am leaning toward [Clinic A] and [Clinic B], since they have done many removal surgeries and I prefer being safety-conscious. If you want to talk me out of it, or if you had a similar case and had surgery at one of these four places, please give me advice 😂 What concerns me are [Clinic B] doing a closed approach and [Clinic A] saying it may droop T_T, so I am deliberating.
