Day 5 breast augmentation review for my records (Motiva, subfascial)

Posting a day 5 breast augmentation review for my records. I had subfascial Motiva Demi 380 cc implants (+ accessory breast tissue removal) at [Clinic A] in Sinnonhyeon. I chose [Clinic A] because its breast shapes looked naturally pretty. At my first consultation, Dr. Kim Min-young recommended a natural size in the low 300 cc range. However, right before entering the operating room on surgery day, the doctor checked my preferred look again and said that, considering my body frame, a larger size would suit me well; if I wanted, they would decide during surgery and use a larger implant. (I am tall and have a large build.) I came because I trusted the doctor's aesthetic sense, so I said I would trust them and asked them to do that!! I had not thought much about it, but getting on an operating table for the first time in my life made me a little nervous. The nurses and doctor warmly reassured me that everything would go well, which put me at ease. I started sedation while talking with the doctor and woke up as if I had fainted—breast augmentation complete, lol. They said the surgery took a little longer for hemostasis, but I had no drain and was discharged immediately wearing only an upper band. I picked up the prescribed medication at the pharmacy and took a taxi home; I only felt slightly sleepy, with no pain. The next morning, it was hard to get out of bed due to the weight and tightness in my breasts, but I rested well on my own without special care. Only until that day, I felt a warm heat sensation in the breast area. I went to the clinic, where the doctor checked my condition and breast status, gave me an antibiotic injection and SmartLux treatment, and then I went home again. From two days after surgery, I simply returned to work because I have an office job and do not need to lift anything. I did not take even one tablet of the separately prescribed Tylenol for pain, aside from medications such as antibiotics; there was only slight throbbing and stinging. Even with only an upper band and no compression bra, it was very difficult because I do not tolerate tightness well... If I had worn a compression bra too, I think it would have been suffocating and difficult T_T. The doctor checked my condition daily via KakaoTalk, and I could comfortably ask questions, which reassured me. They said recovery could take time because my tissue is firm and thick and I have large implants, but the upper fullness does not seem as severe as expected, and I love the shape and size!! I worried that my large frame and larger size would make me look bulky, but in conclusion, my waist looks relatively slimmer, haha. I want to recover fully soon and wear lots of pretty clothes!
