I think I deliberated over breast augmentation for over a year T_T I kept thinking I wanted it, but when I was actually about to do it, I was so worried about side effects and what if I did not like the shape after surgery that I kept putting it off.
Before surgery I was a B cup, so it was not as if I had no natural breast tissue at all! So rather than going very large, I wanted breasts with natural-looking volume. Even during consultations, I prioritized safety over size and asked a huge number of questions about implants and surgical techniques, lol. I was most worried about complications and the postoperative shape T_T
I had been considering Mentor implants even before consultations, and I mainly looked at Mentor during consultations too. I liked that they assessed what size would be suitable for my body type and did not seem to push an excessively large size. Early after surgery, there was swelling and the shape did not feel fully settled, so I was slightly worried. But it gradually became more natural over time, haha.
I am now at three months and am measuring around a full C to D cup! I definitely have more volume than before surgery, but it does not feel excessive or unnatural, so I am satisfied, lol. Above all, the thing I worried about most at first—whether I would dislike the shape—turned out fine, and that feels like the biggest relief.
Because I deliberated for over a year before doing it, after getting it done I sometimes wonder if I worried for no reason for so long, lol. I was initially scared because of complications too, but having reached three months now, my satisfaction is higher than I expected, so I am leaving a review, haha.
