Before my revision rhinoplasty, I had no columella and my nose looked triangular?..
My nasal tip was also red, and it seemed like the implant might protrude, which made me decide to get revision surgery.
The thing I am most satisfied with after having it redone is that I now have a columella, and although my nose is higher, it looks more natural now!
I also had fat grafting, so I think my satisfaction was even greater. The initial pain was worse because I used autologous costal cartilage,
but it still has not drooped, so I can see why people use autologous costal cartilage.
Still, there is pain from harvesting the autologous costal cartilage.... haha
