It has been two months since my revision surgery for a long nose, so I am writing a review~ The major swelling has gone down, and I think the minor swelling is also subsiding. For the materials, I used a custom 3D implant, autologous costal cartilage, and donated dermis to cover the nasal bridge. I also had nasolabial angle correction and long-nose correction. I have a follow-up at three months, and I expect the residual swelling to decrease further by then, allowing it to settle more naturally. I am looking forward to it!
