My nose is overly high, and the alar cartilages were also pinched, so they said that during revision surgery they would lower the height and reconstruct the nasal valve with autologous costal cartilage on the alar-cartilage side. Has anyone had this done? My airway is so narrow now that breathing is difficult T_T Has anyone had nasal valve reconstruction with a costal-cartilage spreader graft at [Clinic A], or even at another clinic? Or has anyone heard that simply lowering the height improved things?
