Seeing so much gum when I smiled looked so obvious that it stressed me out. I had gotten used to it and thought I would just live with it, but I am preparing to get a customer-service job, where a pretty smile is essential, so I decided I had no choice but to have surgery. The procedure took about 30 minutes? It hardly even feels like a surgery, but it is surgery. They used local anesthesia and it was over in no time. There was still quite a lot of bleeding, so I kept biting gauze. It has not been long yet, but the result is dramatic. It is the kind of procedure that makes you prettier without people around you noticing. If it causes you a lot of stress, go get it done. I especially recommend getting gum laser treatment at the same time.
