Now that it has definitely been one month since surgery, much of the swelling has gone down and it looks far more natural. Maybe because the nose is at the center of the face, now that I have a defined nasal bridge, my face looks more balanced too. People keep asking whether I lost weight, and I feel like I gained so much from this one rhinoplasty... I still have a scar at the autologous costal cartilage harvest site and a slight pulling sensation at the nasal tip, but I think it will gradually improve. It turned out natural without looking like I had surgery, so I am completely satisfied. I think I now understand what people mean when they say just getting your nose done changes your impression dramatically T_T. [Clinic A] seems to create a natural nasal bridge really well when there was none before...
