I disliked my short, upturned nose, so I spent years deliberating over whether to get rhinoplasty. I had a chance to take an extended break, so I got rhinoplasty from Dr. Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery haha. I had a prejudice against silicone, lol, so I chose a no-implant procedure. I had only the nasal tip done, using septal cartilage and ear cartilage; I also had bulbous-nose correction, columella lengthening, and nasal bone osteotomy. My nose shape became really pretty, so I am happy with it T_T.
