For men, the nasal bridge is usually rib cartilage or silicone, right? At [Clinic A] they use diced cartilage, and at [Clinic B] they use a rib-cartilage particulate implant. Aren’t those usually used for men’s noses? There are so many women’s reviews that I’m worried, so I’m posting this. For my first surgery I used silicone, but it was raised too aggressively, and it feels like my eyes are being pulled. The shape itself also looks as if it might protrude through, so I want to adjust the height.
