I had two teeth-whitening sessions after orthodontic treatment. My teeth became about two shades lighter than before whitening, and I was told to avoid colored foods immediately after the procedure, such as coffee, soy sauce, and red-colored foods. My teeth felt sensitive after the procedure, but the sensation disappeared over time, and I do not feel it now.
