Regarding rhinoplasty, I do not see a record in the previous conversation that sufficiently discusses a specific surgical method or the desired nose shape, so rather than inventing details that are not there, I will write something general. At the consultation, I described the look I wanted. They considered my overall facial proportions and existing nose shape together, and explained a natural direction that would not be excessive, which gave me confidence. Before surgery, I worried that my nose would look too obvious, but during recovery it has gradually come to blend naturally with my face, and I am satisfied. There was swelling and discomfort initially, but they have improved greatly over time, and the line is also becoming more natural. It has not fully settled yet, so I need to watch the final result longer, but so far my overall impression looks more refined and I am satisfied because it is close to the natural change I wanted.
