As soon as you enter, there is no one there except the consultant; you do not run into anyone. You go into the consultation exactly at your appointment time. It is really different from places where you have an appointment but wait 30 or 40 minutes; I consulted with the doctor first. I showed the notes I had prepared, and they said I understood my nose well. They took photos and used Photoshop for the consultation. Everywhere else said I would need autologous costal cartilage, but this was the first place to say that septal cartilage alone might be enough. They listened to everything I wanted and used Photoshop; merely imagining it versus seeing the future nose drawn by a doctor is a completely different feeling. I have not consulted at a lot of places, but if I do it, I plan to do it here. I need to deliberate a little more T_T. It is my first surgery and it is so expensive T_T
