I had been thinking on my own that I would use the septum to build up the tip of my nose, but the doctor said that the septum that is bent because of septoplasty can’t be used for the nasal tip. So since this is my first surgery, they said I would need donor rib cartilage for the tip of my nose. Is that usually case by case? Has anyone had a case like mine
