Even if I lost weight, I was stressed because my face shape left a lot of empty space and emphasized my cheekbones and lower face, so I looked into facial contouring and liposuction. A friend whose face had originally been round like mine became unrecognizably slimmer, so I asked and she said she had it done at this clinic and recommended it. So I added it to my consultation list, visited several places, and decided on this clinic. First, I liked the design because it creates a doll-like line while leaving a slight mandibular angle below the ears, balancing it without being excessive. The doctor recommended that rather than only contouring bone, combining it with soft-tissue contouring surgery as well (double-chin/cheek liposuction) would have a greater effect. While looking at the CT, the doctor precisely identified the locations of the nerve lines and explained everything in detail and clearly, marking the areas to be shaved by drawing on the bone image with a pen. For cheekbones with 45-degree prominence, high-L osteotomy is good, but I was told I was not suited for high-L osteotomy, so I had standard 3D cheekbone reduction. For the lower face, cortical bone contouring plus soft-tissue contouring surgery was performed, and as the swelling went down, my face definitely looked slimmer. It has now been six months since surgery. Since I also had liposuction, there was some swelling at first, but I went to the clinic for radiofrequency and laser treatments. At around six months, the previously protruding cheekbones and jawline were smoothly refined, and lately I often hear that my face has become smaller, which is nice. Even on my follow-up CT, the line looked clean, so personally I am extremely satisfied.
