I compared four types of thigh procedures that I had consultations for after doing the legwork. My calves are slim, but I am someone whose inner thighs and saddlebags look especially thick from the side. Especially whenever I wear shorts, the fabric gets pulled inward, so while walking I have to fix the caught clothing, then fix it again after it rides up. T_T So embarrassing T_T So I looked into thigh procedures: ✔️ Fat-dissolving injections → Simple, but may require multiple sessions ✔️ Cryolipolysis → No incision needed, but changes come slowly ✔️ Liposuction → Changes tend to be definite, but the recovery period is burdensome ✔️ [Clinic A] → I was interested because it directly extracts fat Since I work, effectiveness is important, but I looked most closely at recovery time and number of visits. In the end, everyone has different goals and circumstances, so it seems best to compare the types of thigh procedures carefully before deciding!
