I went with an appointment, so there was no wait. I visited because I wanted revision surgery for sausage eyes. They recommended double-crease excision and ptosis correction, and said they would probably not do much, but might perform fat grafting or something similar depending on what they saw during surgery. It was not the head doctor, and they did not seem to have extensive experience, so I left without booking T_T I had booked the head doctor, but the consultant said the cost would be very high and asked whether I would still proceed, so I said I would see someone else and had the consultation.
