I am leaving this review so I can remember later too. I originally had a slight hump and a bulbous-nose look, so I wanted to refine my nasal line. After looking through so many cosmetic-surgery apps and reviews, I booked a consultation specifically with Dr. Ji Seung-ryeol. During the consultation, he showed me before-and-after cases similar to mine and explained which line would suit my face shape. I liked that he did not feel pushy. It matched the style I wanted better than expected, so I decided to do it here. For surgery, I used silicone + septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage, and also had nasolabial-angle correction, hump correction, and bulbous-nose correction. It has been two months now, so I think there is still some residual swelling? Still, my nasal tip definitely does not look blunt like before. In particular, from the front, my bulbous nose had made me look somewhat dull, but now that the tip is refined and the nasolabial angle is set, my overall impression feels cleaner. I also like that the hump was refined naturally without looking excessively removed. I did not want it to look obviously like I had rhinoplasty, and it now seems exactly to the degree I wanted. It is only two months, so I will have to see as more swelling goes down, but the progress so far seems good and I am fairly satisfied with the shape haha. I will wait a little longer for the swelling in the nasal tip to go down.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 1 My first surgery review for a short, bulbous nose!
