I had a primary, implant-free rhinoplasty, then unexpectedly ended up getting total removal. Is the nasal tip normally soft right after surgery? It is not just soft tissue; it is insanely soft, like a waterbed. I almost accidentally blew my nose hard. Please tell me quickly whether this is normal or whether blood has pooled, because I feel like I am going crazy.
