My rhinoplasty is not obvious, and for a surgical nose it is fairly low. My natural nose was very low to begin with, and because I did not have silicone inserted, it has drooped somewhat compared with the beginning as time passed. Recently, I have really wanted to go back to my natural nose. The reason is simply that having something in my nose makes me constantly cautious, and if I happen to bump it, it aches for a few days T_T. Anyway, I put a foreign material into my natural nose, so it keeps weighing on me mentally, and I no longer want to live with a fake nose(?). I think a major reason is that my aesthetic preferences have changed. I have gained a lot of weight now, so my nose does not look surgically done at all and looks broad, but from the side, my nasal tip is higher than my natural nose. It will probably look comparatively higher once I lose weight, but even that nose feels high compared with my natural nose, so it stresses me out. My mom and friends tell me it does not show and looks pretty, and they try to stop me, but even when I keep trying to convince myself, I wonder whether removal would ultimately bring me more peace of mind. What would you do? I have been deliberating for months, and since it means making an incision and taking it out again, the surgery itself feels burdensome too... There have been no major complications, so I worry that removing it could cause complications I did not have. But if I just live with it, I keep thinking about it. Most importantly, it does not really suit my image... Should I just follow my heart and have it removed? Or should I just live with it.... I have been constantly stressed about this lately....

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 1 I don't regret having my silicone removed, but I really regret having my nasal tip redone

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 1 Is the nasal tip extremely soft immediately after total removal?
