I received underarm hair removal for one year, and the results were good. It was an event procedure, so there was no particular designated doctor, and a different person performed it each time I went. Still, they generally covered a wide area and were thorough, which was good. It was also nice that when I changed my appointment on the same day because I had a schedule conflict, they handled it right away. Sometimes, though, even with an appointment, I had to wait 10–20 minutes. Until the middle, the clinic was divided across floors, and sometimes I was treated upstairs and sometimes downstairs, so it was annoying to be directed at the desk and go back and forth. Since they unified the floors and reopened after expansion, it has become more convenient.
