I am someone who only left a favorable rating after the consultation before. They were very kind and explained things in detail during the consultation, and ultimately the surgery did not turn out badly either. But it seems the clinic writes the reviews here, lol. I thought I was supposed to write them myself, but they had me send photos every week and asked me where I wanted a review to be "posted"... lol. And the person who operated on me quit because they were in pain... I cannot find them even after searching this community, T_T. Should they not be the one doing the revision surgery? When I asked why they quit, even the staff said they did not know. It felt somewhat factory-like.
