Hi, it has been a little over two weeks since my closed partial silicone removal at [Clinic A]. I left the ear cartilage and support at the nasal tip in place! After surgery, I definitely stopped coming to this community as often. Before surgery, everyone, be sure to disable Face ID on your iPhone… Especially be sure to turn off that Stolen Device Protection thing. T_T… Perhaps because mine was a closed partial removal, the swelling went down extremely quickly! They removed 3 mm of silicone and also removed the capsule (they showed me). After surgery, I had no nasal packing and no tape, so it did not even feel like I had surgery. My nasal bridge was quite swollen, and I was more worried about bruising, but I applied bruise ointment right away, so maybe that is why it faded very quickly. At first, because the right nostril was incised with the closed approach, my nostrils did not match at all and it scared me, but once the swelling went down, it went back to normal. Anyway, putting that aside, I came to post a photo review because I remember struggling and having such a hard time searching for photo reviews too..! It has only been two weeks, but I feel relieved… I still do not know what may happen to my nose later as the swelling continues to go down, but I do feel more at ease. I hope everyone’s surgery goes well so you can stop suffering emotionally!!!
