I went for consultations to have all of my silicone and ear cartilage removed. • At one place, they said they would remove everything and place a piece of ear cartilage at the nasal tip to keep it straight, to compensate for stretched or sunken nasal-tip skin; they also said they could smooth out the uneven nasal bridge after silicone removal. • At another place, they said they would remove everything, that there was no need to place anything at the nasal tip, and that it would regenerate on its own, so not to worry. They did not mention smoothing the nasal bridge. I received consultations like this, but it is so difficult to decide…
