My original double-eyelid line had become much lower over time, making my eyes look somewhat stuffy. But I felt burdened by changing the line drastically and altering my image too much, so after consultation, I had secondary eyelid surgery with natural adhesion at [Clinic A], with a direction of raising the existing line only slightly and naturally.
For line refinement, I also had medial canthoplasty and upper canthoplasty. Having them together made the inner corners of my eyes look softer overall. So the original sharp look has diminished somewhat, and the stuffy appearance has improved.
I was worried because it was secondary eyelid surgery, but it looked natural just as I wanted and recovery was fast, so I am satisfied.
