I’m planning to get ptosis correction and under-eye fat repositioning together, and I also want canthoplasty. I want horizontally long eyes, so I definitely want lateral canthoplasty, but I’m wondering whether the conjunctival incision for under-eye fat repositioning would overlap with the lateral canthoplasty incision... Is it possible to have them together?? I’m also looking for a place that can assess things like this well and explain them clearly.
