Reconstructive plastic surgery seems different from revision surgery. Some people want to restore the original shape as much as possible, while people like me just want it to look at least like a normal nose... After my first rhinoplasty, I developed inflammation, and they said I seemed to be developing contracture while receiving treatment, so I had revision surgery.. Honestly, the shape does not look natural. It looks very pinched too.. I tried rationalizing it by saying, “For contracture, it has recovered a lot to this extent,” but.. it kept bothering me, so I am looking into reconstruction. I want to remove scar tissue and change the pinched look too.. Would Dr. Guk at [Clinic A] be okay? It is true that there are so many clinics now, but I think it should be a place that mainly handles reconstruction or removal surgery in order to properly correct a simply pinched shape or a sunken nasal-bridge line too.. If I have scar tissue removed, will the skin return somewhat to its original state? T_T A nose is difficult.
