At first I thought it was sebum or a blackhead and planned to squeeze it after my columella healed. But I have never had anything break out here before. Looking now, this black dot seems slightly indented, and there is an indentation in the columella beside it. I asked the clinic, and they said the surgery was not done incorrectly.
But because of this area, I wonder whether my columella still has not fully healed. It is still red and indented. When I visited the clinic, they said I did not need to worry. But they do not clearly say what it is, and I want to remove it because it is so noticeable. Does anyone else have something like this? I do not know whether I should go to a dermatologist or the surgical clinic.
