Nose Surgery Reviews

One-month review of low nasal bridge and bulbous nose surgery

I had surgery for a low nasal bridge and bulbous nose at [Clinic A]. Because of my wide nasal bridge, protruding eyes, and blunt nasal tip, my bulbous nose looked even lower and wider, so it was a complex every time I looked in the mirror and I decided to have surgery.

My aesthetic preference is naturalness, so I had surgery with Dr. A at [Clinic A]. The doctor immediately identified the problematic areas and honestly explained the limitations. I did not want osteotomy either, but they said an implant could sufficiently compensate for it, so I used a custom implant. It was nice to be able to view a simulated 3D nose.

I liked the shape even in photos taken immediately after surgery. Unusually, I had almost no swelling or bruising, so I only walked without using any swelling-relief items, and the swelling still went down extremely well, haha.

Now at one month, my nose looks natural, refined, and much improved compared with before, so I am truly very satisfied. The downside is that I had rhinoplasty too late? I spent about three years visiting clinics and deliberating before deciding on rhinoplasty, but I am satisfied enough that the time feels wasted, haha.
