I had nasal-tip surgery without an implant, and I am very satisfied because it turned out naturally. There was almost no swelling immediately after surgery, and only the autologous costal cartilage site hurt a little, but the pain there has decreased a lot now. It is so natural that people around me would not know unless I told them, yet my nasal tip has definitely become more refined and my side profile is higher, which I really love! A lot of the swelling has gone down at one month, making it even more natural! I am waiting for it to go down further. Even now, the improvement is so natural that people around me do not know I had surgery unless I tell them.
