When taking photos, I was very bothered by how broad my nasal tip looked, so I decided to get nasal surgery. I did not want an excessively high bridge or an overly pointed tip; I wanted a naturally refined look. After looking into several places, I consulted Dr. Lee Jihwan at Between Plastic Surgery. During the consultation, I explained the style I wanted and my concerns. The doctor listened extremely well, and although I asked many questions, answered each one carefully. I especially said I wanted a natural line rather than a dramatic nose, and the explanation was tailored to my nose, so I decided on surgery. For the surgery, septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. There is still a little residual swelling and firmness at the nasal tip. Still, the swelling has gone down a lot compared with the beginning, and it is gradually becoming more natural overall. I absolutely love that, from the front, my nasal tip no longer looks as bulbous as before and looks refined!!
