I have a bulbous nose and my nostril wings are on the wider side, so I want to change my impression to look a bit softer than now. But since I live outside the capital area, it’s hard to go around for consultations, so I looked up reviews and narrowed it down to a few clinics. The places I’m thinking of going for consultations are ㄷㅇㅇ, ㅇㅇㄷ, and ㅇㅇㅂ. My skin is on the thicker side, so I’m worried that if I only go too natural, there won’t be any change. On the other hand, if I use costal cartilage and raise it a lot, I wonder if it might look a bit awkward since I’m a man, so I’m conflicted I think I definitely need nostril reduction at least.
