My nose had been bent and unnatural after receiving L-shaped silicone, so I had revision surgery after removing it, using silicone for the nasal bridge and auricular cartilage for the nasal tip... It has been almost three or four years, so I do not remember the exact price, but I think it was roughly around that amount, haha. Two acquaintances who had flashy rhinoplasty designs at other clinics around the same time both developed complications and had revision surgery, while I have been fine. If you want improvement while preserving your existing image naturally, I do not think there is a better clinic.
