It has been two weeks since my revision posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty at [Clinic A], and I almost regret having deliberated for so long—I wonder why I did not do it sooner, lol. My upturned outer eye corners had always made me look stern, which was stressful, but after surgery my eye shape looks much gentler and more open, so I am very satisfied!! I have not had any conjunctival swelling from the day of surgery until now, and the swelling and bruising went down faster than expected!! My outer corners also have not re-adhered, and they remain neatly widened, which makes me even happier haha. Every time I look in the mirror, I am so happy because I can feel how much my overall impression has changed with just my eye shape. If you are concerned about upturned eyes, posterior canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, or outer-corner lowering, it may be good to have a canthoplasty consultation.
