There was absolutely no effect. There were so many foreign customers, and it was completely factory-like. Of all the plastic-surgery and dermatology clinics I have visited, this was the most factory-like. I felt like a product on a conveyor belt. There were that many people and so much waiting that I do not understand the point of making an appointment. I arrived early, yet waited over an hour past my appointment time. They asked whether I had eaten, and when I said no, they gave me a baked egg and soy milk, but there was absolutely no effect.
