I went because of hyperpigmentation, but they immediately talked as if they had concluded it was due to eczema, and proceeded with treatment accordingly. The hyperpigmentation actually became redder and the condition got worse. I received treatment here several times, and honestly, compared with before I came, the situation actually worsened. I went with some expectations, but it turned out much worse than I thought, so I greatly regret it. It already happened several years ago, but I still felt I should write this, so I wrote in detail mainly about what I felt. I hope they listen more to patients.
