I visited because my sausage eyes had not improved after incisional double-eyelid surgery 10 years ago. I was told that, since 10 years had already passed, my medical records had been deleted. I had also developed a lot of scarring, and the director who had said at the time that it could be treated with laser had opened a separate practice and was no longer there. When I explained this, the consultation manager said nothing could be done and there were no records. I suppose it was my fault for looking into it too late. The doctor told me to speak to the surgeon who operated on me and even told me the clinic where that person had opened a practice. However, I felt hurt because they offered neither comfort nor any possible solution.
