I’m preparing for another revision rhinoplasty, and before my nose was completely low-bridged, but I had side effects from silicone and developed contracture ㅜㅜㅜ So I’m thinking about using autologous rib cartilage for the nasal bridge and tip. Does anyone have experience? I’m worried about side effects like warping too, but dermal absorption stresses me outㅜㅜㅜ Please recommend hospitals too, I’m really desperate, seriously

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
