Has anyone experienced side effects from nasal osteotomy? I only had my hump shaved down slightly, but compared to my old nose, the bone looks too bumpy and wide, so I want to have an osteotomy. But since it involves making cuts/fractures in the bone itself, I'm a little scared.. Would it be better not to do it.. Please helpㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
