I had nose surgery 15 years ago, but the implant is showing through and my nasal tip has droopedㅠㅠ Now if I hold the bridge of my nose and touch it side to side, it moves back and forth, ha... What is the most common type of rhinoplasty these days? What method can make the least obvious and prettiest straight-to-slightly-curved nose? I want revision surgery, but this is really so hardㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
