It’s not serious, but my nose swells up and gets red a lot, so I’m thinking of taking out the silicone and the support that uses donor rib cartilage. If I remove the donor rib cartilage, the nose won’t collapse or anything, right?? Do I absolutely need to rebuild the support with autologous rib cartilage?? I want to remove both the silicone and the donor rib cartilage and only keep the tip with ear cartilage or septal cartilage ㅠㅠ
