I'm looking into removing the septal extension support and all the silicone. If I remove the septal extension support, will the columella return? It became too long after surgery. And will the middle width of the nose also widen and return together? I heard it was the upper lateral cartilage, and if I remove the nasal tip, I think it would look strange if only that area is narrow.
