What should I do? It would be too long to write the whole history, but my last surgery was a revision rhinoplasty using costal cartilage in the summer of 2021, yet the improvement in the crooked columella was insufficient. The hospital where I had the revision using costal cartilage also acknowledged that the improvement was insufficient, and I lay on the operating table again in the summer of 2022, but there was no effect. So at the same hospital, I had open surgery again 2 weeks ago. No additional material was used, and it seemed like they opened it and rearranged it again. Now, 2 weeks later, the result is still that the improvement is insufficient. One week ago, I went to have the stitches removed …
