It was my first time visiting a clinic for a rhinoplasty consultation, and I first had a consultation with the chief consultant, then met with the doctor in charge for a consultation. I had the CT scan done, and they didn’t charge a consultation fee. The doctor looked at my nose and the CT, and within just a few seconds, he laid out a full surgical estimate for my nose so smoothly... What I’m curious about is the financial part. They gave me an estimate for basic nose surgery + hump nose + bulbous nose + costal cartilage, and said it would be in the mid-4 million won range if using donated rib cartilage, and in the low-5 million won range if using autologous costal cartilage. This is my first surgery, but is it normal for the estimate to come out this high? I do want to have surgery here, but everyone keeps telling me to consult more places, so I’m planning to get more consultations. Also, could I get recommendations for clinics or doctors who are good at nose surgery? I’d like to use them for referenceㅠㅠ

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
