Just like the title says, my primary surgery was a complete disaster, so both functionally and cosmetically, it was totally ruined. I want to fix at least one thing, and I’m not trying to catch both rabbits at once. I just want to improve at least the uneven nostrils and the crooked columella. (You can basically say I’ve given up on the shape. Right now it feels like a witch nose.) I also can’t breathe well through one side. Should I say the airway has become narrower? I’ve already received aftercare/revision service at the clinic where I had the first surgery, but there was no improvement at all. Please recommend a clinic that is good at improving the parts I wantㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
