I'm thinking about getting revision surgery this winter. What materials are usually used for revision rhinoplasty? The first time, I used septal cartilage, but now I'm wondering if there might not be enough septal cartilage left. I think I heard that things like autologous rib cartilage leave pretty big scars and are also expensive. What do you think? Personally, I like working out, so I feel like I'd be upset if an ugly scar were left on my body..
