After surgery, I was so dizzy. I had surgery on the 6th floor, but I walked down. I got a taxi and barely made it home. So dizzy, it was hell. I ate less than half of a retort pumpkin porridge, took my medicine, and lay down right away. I was dizzy, felt like throwing up, and my nose hurt. I lay on the operating table and was told to count backward from 50, but I got to 32 and was anesthetized. It felt like riding a roller coaster and going to the afterlife. When I woke up, the surgery was all over. They woke me up saying we should go to the recovery room, but I was so dizzy that I got angry. Day 2: still dizzy, can’t breathe, and the earplugs are so uncomfortable. Day 3: pain is better than the day before. Still dizzy though. Day 4: almost no pain, but my ears are uncomfortable and my nose keeps feeling tight. My forehead and glabella are tingling. Getting the stitches removed doesn’t hurt. Day 18: it hurts when I touch it.
